You can book directly through our website or by contacting our support team. Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed via email.


All payments are made electronically in GBP (£) via bank transfer or major credit/debit cards. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.


Yes. If you cancel 72 hours or more before arrival, you’ll receive a 70% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival are non-refundable. A 30% setup fee applies to all bookings.


Modifications (e.g. change of dates or room type) must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


Refunds are processed within 5 to 15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation and returned via your original payment method.


If your experience does not meet expectations, you may submit a complaint within 14 days of your stay. We’ll investigate and aim to resolve it fairly.
