Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Calvaya’s services and website. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms.


1. Business Overview

Calvaya is a UK-based travel service specialising in luxury hotel bookings. We are affiliated with Hilton and Marriott hotels, offering exclusive discounted rates to UK customers for destinations including Dubai, the Dominican Republic, and other premium locations worldwide.


2. Use of Website

- You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.

- All content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Calvaya and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


3. Booking Agreement

This section outlines the terms of hotel bookings made through Calvaya.


3.1 Booking Confirmation

- Bookings are confirmed upon full payment.

- A confirmation email will be sent with hotel details and reservation summary.


3.2 Payment Terms

- All payments must be made electronically in GBP (£).

- Accepted methods include bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.


3.3 Cancellation & Refunds

- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before arrival: 70% refund

- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival: No refund

- A 30% non-refundable fee applies to all bookings to cover administrative and partner hotel costs

- Refunds are processed within 5 to 15 business days via the original payment method


3.4 Modifications

- Booking changes must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival

- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

- Modifications requested within 72 hours of arrival may require cancellation and rebooking


3.5 Client Responsibilities

- Ensure all booking details are accurate

- Comply with hotel policies during your stay

- Notify Calvaya promptly of any changes or concerns


4. Complaints

If your experience does not meet expectations or differs from the description provided, you may submit a complaint within 14 days of your stay. We will investigate and aim to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly.


5. Privacy & Data Protection

Calvaya complies with UK GDPR regulations. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


6. Policy Updates

Calvaya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately.
